Exchanges

Our policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If something isn't right, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. One exchange per purchase.

Condition

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, dust bag, and packaging must be included.
  • Personalized or monogrammed items are not eligible for exchange.

How it works

  1. Submit the exchange form below within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the piece you'd like instead.
  2. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with a return authorization code and step-by-step instructions for sending the original piece back.
  3. Return shipping is your responsibility. We do not provide a prepaid return label — please use a tracked, insured service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the original piece, we'll ship your exchange — free of charge.

International exchanges

International customers are also responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees on the return. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
