2. Products & pricing
Each piece is photographed and described with care. Slight variation in grain, tone, and stitching is part of the nature of full-grain leather and does not constitute a defect. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order, you'll receive a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — photography, copy, design, and the Vellura name and marks — is owned by Vellura and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

If you submit a review or other content, you grant Vellura a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vellura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
