Processing

Each Vellura piece is carefully inspected before shipping. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be reviewed and prepared for dispatch from our Frisco studio.

Domestic shipping (United States)

• Standard (3–5 business days) — Complimentary on every order.
• Express (1–2 business days) — $25, available at checkout.
• All packages ship insured and require an adult signature on delivery.

International shipping

We ship to most countries via DHL Express. Transit typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes assessed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days, please reach out at vellurausa@gmail.com.

Lost or damaged parcels

Every order is fully insured. If your package arrives damaged, or fails to arrive within the expected window, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
